宫腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤63例的临床观察

The clinical observation on 63 cases of hysteromyoma patients with hysteroscopy surgery treatment

目的:探讨宫腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术(TCRM)治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:对63例子宫肌瘤患者在宫腔镜下施行子宫肌瘤切除术,术后随访手术效果。结果:患者术后恢复良好,手术满意率达96.8%。结论:宫腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术应用于子宫肌瘤患者,能保证手术效果,减少并发症,改善患者术后生活质量,是值得在临床上应用和推广的一种手术方法。

Objective： To explore the curative effect of tran cervical resection of myoma （TCRM） for hysteromyoma patients. Methods：63 cases of patients with hysteromyoma were given TCRM surgery , and clinical effects were visited after surgery. Results： Patients recovered well, and the rate of surgery satisfaction reached up to 96.8%. Conclusion： TCRM combined with hysteroscopy used for hysteromyoma patients, can ensure the surgery effect, reduce the complications and improve the life quality after surgery, so it deserves promotion and application in clinical work.
