摘要
大花水水电站大坝为碾压混凝土拱坝,其施工场地狭窄、混凝土浇筑强度大,对混凝土运输设备的要求高。由于皮带机具有对地形适应性好、设备简单等特点,在工程中得到广泛的应用。大花水水电站先后布置2条皮带机输送系统,根据实际的运行情况,对皮带机进行了技术改进、设计优化,成功解决了输送混凝土时洒料、漏浆严重、混凝土料分离及二次破碎、输送速度等问题,保证了碾压混凝土的施工质量。
The dam of Dahuashui Hydropower Station is a roller compacted concrete (RCC) arch dam, for which the construction area is narrow with a heavy concrete placement intensity, and then the requirement upon the concrete transport equipment is high. Therefore, belt conveyor is widely used in the construction. Two belt conveyor systems are successively arranged therein, and the technical modifications with design optimizations are made on the conveyors based on the actual construction conditions; with which the problems such as spillage and leakage, aggregate separation, secondary crushing, conveying speed, etc. of concrete during transport are successfully solved and the construction quality of the roller compacted concrete is ensured as well.
