摘要
沙沱水电站混凝土总量约200万m^3。为完成好混凝土生产任务,现场安装了2×6m^3拌和楼并配备制冷系统。根据当地的气象资料和混凝土生产强度与施工要求,制冷系统制冷量按预冷混凝土实际最大需冷量1000万kJ(250万kcal)进行设计。预冷采用骨料风冷+片冰+冷水的方式。系统预冷混凝土生产能力为100~200m^3/h,保证了高温季节大坝混凝土的浇筑施工。
The concrete demand of the construction of Shatuo Hydropwer Station is about 2. 0 million m^3 ; for which 2 × 6 m^3 concrete batching plant equipped with cooling system is installed at the site. Based on the local climatic data and both the concrete batching intensity and the construction requirement, the cooling capacity of the cooling system is designed with the actual max. cooling demand of 100 million kJ for the pre-eooling of the concrete. For the concrete pre-cooling, the mode of air-cooling + flake ice + cooling water for the aggregate is adopted. The pre-cooled concrete batching capacity of the system is about 1130 -200 m^3/h, and the concrete placement of the dam is ensured during the high-temperature season.
