摘要
传统和现代的组织理论研究学派一直未能接纳群体焦虑为"家族成员",可谓是学术史上的憾事。仔细考究这一过程,组织理论研究对群体焦虑有过多种接触,但并未实质性地敞开大门。这其间经历了源头上的"重物轻人"、组织管理研究中的人学突起、由"机器崇拜"变为"仪器崇拜"的数个阶段,由此也构成了组织理论研究与群体焦虑保持距离的原因。外国的理论模式不能囊括中国的国情,更不能代替中国组织理论界的学术努力。研究群体焦虑是直面社会生活、国情形势发展和中国组织理论研究现实,它的"试金石"的意义在于反映组织理论研究是否真的在实现组织理论的中国化并尝试为之努力。
The traditional and modernization theory on organization has not received the group-worried as 'family members',and this is a pity in scholarship history.Watching carefully,we could find that though the organization theory has touched the group-worried,it has not substantively opened the door to that.This includes steps,such as original substance-orientated step,humanism-orientated step in organization research,and from 'machine worship'to 'instrument worship' step.Thus this forms the reason that organization research keeps space with the group-worried.The western theory mode not only cannot adapt to Chinese national conditions,but also cannot equal to scholarship effort in Chinese organization-theory field.Researching group-worried is up to situation.The meaning of 'a touchstone' reflects whether the researching on organization theory really makes organization theory Chinese characteristic and tries to do efforts or not.
