摘要
对于低扬程的启闭机,钢丝绳的扭转力对单吊点吊具产生的扭转影响不大,甚至可忽略不计,但对于高扬程的启闭机,起升高度往往可以达到100m或更高,当单吊点吊具吊到很低位置时,由于钢丝绳的扭转力,可以使吊具产生很大的扭转,从而影响吊具对起重吊点的正确对位,即使强行对位,当吊起时由于扭力的作用,使得闸门偏转,无法对准门槽。以下是针对云南某水电站排沙洞事故门的1台启闭力为1250kN、起升高度为100m的单吊点启闭机在实际使用过程中遇到的问题进行的改进。
For a low-lift sluicegate hoist, the twisting force on its wire rope does not have much impact on the twisting generated on a single-lifting-point sling and even may be ignored in some cases. For a high-lift unit, however, loads may need to be hoisted to heights of 100 meters or more, and when a single-lifting-point sling is at an extremely low height, the twisting force on the wire rope may cause a substantial twisting of the sling, thereby adversely affecting the correct alignment of the sling with the suspension point. In such a case, even if a forced alignment is made, a failure to align the gate with the gate slot may occur due to the action of the twisting force that may result as the gate is lifted, which is likely to cause the gate to deflect. This paper gives a description of the improvements made towards the solution of the collection of issues encountered in using a single-lifting-point sluicegate hoist with an opening/closing force of 1 250 kN and a hoisting height of 100 m to handle the emergency gate of the sediment tunnel of a hydroelectric plant in Yunnan.
