钢丝绳制造期间的初次润滑和使用过程中的维护润滑对其使用寿命有重要影响。初次润滑应关注润滑工艺设计、油品质量控制和合股淋油的连续性,维护润滑应注意油脂的渗透性、合适的补加方法和恰当时机的把握。

Lubrication plays an important role in affecting a wire rope＇s service life. Lubrication is done for the first time ever when the wire rope was manufactured and is then performed on a regular basis upon being put to use. When it comes to the first lubrication, attention shall be paid to the design of the lubrication process, quality control of the grease used, and the continuity of the grease pouring that proceeds as the strands are twisted together. As to the maintenance lubrication, attention shall be paid to the permeability of the grease, the selection of an appropriate grease replenishment method, and the timing of lubrication.
