银杏黄酮对力竭小鼠心肌抗氧化的效用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过建立小鼠力竭游泳模型,观察腹腔注射银杏黄酮对小鼠心肌自由基代谢的影响,探讨银杏黄酮抵抗力竭运动急剧产生的自由基的效用。方法:将40只雄性昆明小鼠随机分成空白组、对照组、低浓度给药组[300mg/(kg·d)]和高浓度给药组[600mg/(kg·d)],给药10d后,通过建立小鼠力竭游泳模型,于力竭运动后检测小鼠心肌的SOD与MDA浓度。结果:银杏黄酮在300mg/(kg·d)和600mg/(kg·d)的浓度下,低浓度给药组与高浓度给药组SOD与MDA与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银杏黄酮不能显著降低心肌内由于力竭运动所产生的自由基。 Objective: To observe and study the effects of Ginkgo Biloba Extract (GBE), which is injected into abdominal cavity, on myocardial metabolism of free radicals, which are rapidly generated by exhaustive exercise in mice through the animal model by exhaustive swimming. Methods: 40 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group, control group, low concentration treatment group [300 mg/(kg·d)] and high concentration treatment group [600 mg/(kg·d)]. GBE was injected into abdominal cavity. Administered 10 days later, exhaustive swimming was conducted to establish mice model, then mice myocardial SOD and MDA concentration were measured after exhaustive exercise. Results: It was found that at the 300 mg/(kg·d) and 600 mg/(kg·d) of GBE, the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in the low and high GBE groups were not significantly different (P〉0.05) compared with those of control group. Conclusion: GBE can not significantly reduce the free radicals in myocardium generated by exhaustive exercise.
