腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗宫外孕疗效分析

Effect analysis of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:对比分析腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗宫外孕的效果。方法:将2008年1月～2009年12月132例在我科行宫外孕手术的患者随机分为两组,行腹腔镜手术者67例设为观察组,行开腹手术者65例设为对照组。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、留置尿管时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院日、术后发热、手术并发症及术后输卵管通畅情况。结果:观察组具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后恢复快和无明显并发症等优点。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕是安全的,手术损伤小又可保留生育功能,患者受益大。

Objective： To compare the effects of laparoscopy and laparotomy on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： 132 patients with ectopic pregnancy were divided into two groups, the observed group was 67 cases with laparoscopy and control group was 65 cases with laparotomy. Operating time, blood loss during operations, the time of stay ureter and leaving bed, the period of pass gas, the case of fever, complications and the passage of oviducts after operations were observed between two groups. Results： The observed group had many advantages, such as short time of operations, less blood loss during operation, recover sooner after operations and unapparent complications. Conclusion： Laparoscopy is safe and less damage to patients with ectopic pregnancy than laparotomy, and more suitable for the patients who have desire for further fertilization. It is benefit for patients.
