外伤性下泪小管断裂吻合术体会

The experience of anastomosis on the traumatic lacrimal ductule breaks

目的:探讨断裂泪小管断端的吻合方法。方法:显微镜下寻找泪小管断端,用硬膜外管的支架行Ⅰ期吻合。结果:手术成功率为92.3%。结论:显微镜下泪小管断裂Ⅰ期修复成功率高,可避免Ⅱ期手术。

Objective： To investigate anastomosis for the lacrimal ductule break. Methods： Under the microscope to seek lacrimal ductule break, carried out phase Ⅰ of anastomosis with hard membrane outer tube support. Results： The surgery success ratio was 92.3%. Conclusion： The operation＇s success ratio is high, which is phase Ⅰ of anastomosis on the lacrimal ductute breaks under microscope, can avoid the phase Ⅱ operation.
