摘要
采用浸轧法对纯棉织物进行防紫外线/柔软整理和防紫外线/免烫同浴整理,研究了防紫外线整理剂UA-20用量、加工方式和荧光增白剂等因素对织物防紫外线效果的影响。试验结果表明,织物整理后的防紫外线能力提高明显,且可耐50次水洗,染色织物的日晒牢度也有所改善。
With padding method, anti-UV/softening finish and anti-UV/non-ironing finish of cotton fabrics in one bath were carried out. The influences of the dosage of anti-UV finishing agent UA-20, processing methods, fluorescent brightener on UV effects were researched. The results showed that the finished fabric had improved anti-UV capability, and could withstand 50 cycles of washing, and its light fastness also improved.
