员工个人知识组织化模型构建与分析 被引量:3

Analysis on a Model of Individual Staff′s Knowledge Systematization

摘要 作为知识管理活动过程的重要一环,员工个人知识组织化已成为知识管理领域研究的焦点问题之一。论文建立了单一知识和多种知识背景下的员工个人知识组织化模型,并通过数据验证,探讨了员工间知识传播效率、组织化知识的接受程度以及目标员工比例等变量对员工个人知识组织化的影响。根据模型启发,分别提出了成长期企业和稳定期企业促进员工个人知识组织化的对策建议。
