摘要
认为现行集中空调系统能量计量方法仅着眼于系统末端局部,而非系统全局;仅统计系统输出的用户耗冷量,而不计量系统输入的能量消耗。以某能源计量改造工程为例,探索提高系统能源利用率的计量方案。
Considers that the current system is based on a restricted view to terminal parts of the central air conditioning system but not the whole system,and only meters the user＇s energy consumption but omits the input energy to the system.Taking a metering and charging system reforming project as example,discusses metering and charging scheme to increase energy utilization rate.
