摘要 心血管疾病是慢性肾脏病（chronic kidney disease,CKD）患者的第一位死亡原因,占50%左右。近年来认识到CKD并发的长期矿物质和骨代谢异常会引起的全身血管钙化,导致心血管事件高发,对预后及生命有严重影响,
