医学院校实习生危机管理机制探析

Analysis on mechanism of medical college interns' crisis management

文章在分析新近发生的北大医院医学实习生行医致死案的基础上,研究了医学院校实习生危机事件的主要表现,并深入剖析了医学院校实习生危机管理上存在的深层次原因。基于此,文章运用危机管理理论对如何加强医学院校实习生危机管理进行了对策思考,以期能有效地预防、处理与化解医学院校实习生危机,营造健康和谐的医学院校教学环境,提升作为医生的职业主观幸福观。

Based on the analysis of a patient＇s death recently caused by the Peking University First Hospital＇s medical interns,this paper discusses the main manifestations of the medical college interns＇ crisis management,and through the analysis of the deep reasons and based on it,this paper presents an initial thought on how to apply the crisis management theory to strengthen the medical college interns＇ management,which can manage and resolve the crisis in medical college interns,and create a healthy and harmonious teaching and learning environment of medical colleges so as to improve future doctors＇ professional subjective well-being.
