我国护理中外合作办学的现状研究分析

Analysis of current situation of nursing Chinese-foreign cooperative running of schools in China

统计分析了我国护理中外合作办学项目、国别和地区、办学层次、发放的证书类别、就读人数、办学类型、师资构成,发现我国护理中外合作办学规模不大、合作层次不高、地域分布东西失衡、师资存在问题,提出提高中外合作办学水平和可持续发展能力、重点发展研究生层次的中外合作办学、加强对护理教育市场运作研究的建议。

Through statistical analysis on some projects of nursing school running by Chinese-foreign cooperation in China,such as education program,nationality and nation,school system level,certification category,number of students,school type and quality of teachers,this paper discovers that the existing problems are mainly as follows： small scale of education,low level of cooperation,geographical distribution unbalance in east and west,and poor quality of teachers,which suggest that the operation of school capability for sustainable development should be enhanced,the postgraduate level should be developed and the capital controls should be strengthened in running nursing school by Chinese-foreign cooperation.
