摘要
目的:调查医学生性格优点的分布,比较其学历间的差异。方法:对浙江省某高校224名医学生进行性格优点评估。结果:(1)医学本科生的"毅力、谦虚和洞察力"显著弱于研究生,其余21项无显著差异。(2)本科生和研究生拥有四项相同的最强优点,分别为正直、仁慈、爱和公平,本科生还偏向于对美的鉴赏,而研究生更偏向于感恩;另外,本科生与研究生还共同拥有三项最弱优点,分别为创造力、洞察力和勇敢,而本科生的社交智慧和谦虚更弱,研究生的虔诚和自我调节更弱。结论:医学教育可以通过针对性地优化学生的性格优点结构,提高医学生心理健康水平。
Objective: To compare the similarities and differences of character strength between medical undergraduates and graduates.Methods: 224 medical students were assessed by Value in Action Inventory of Strengths in Zhejiang province. Results: 1.External comparison shows that undergraduates share the same character strength level with graduates apart from "Persistence Modesty and Perspective".2.Internal comparison demonstrates that authenticity,kindness,love and fairness are the strong strengths while creativity,perspective,bravery,social and modest are weak strengths of undergraduates.Similarly,love,kindness,authenticity,gratitude and fairness are the strong strengths while perspective,creativity,bravery,religiousness and self-regulation are weak strengths of graduates.Conclusions: The frame of character strengths can be optimized,and the mental health level can be raised.
