研究生实习质量评价体系研究

Study on evaluation system of internship quality of graduates

医学临床实习评价是医学教育评价的重要内容之一。文章首先确定了研究生实习质量评价体系构建的依据,即思想政治素质,业务知识素质,综合能力素质,身心素质。然后以次为依据,确定了研究生实习质量的评价标准,进而进行了权值设定,构建起一套有效的实习评价体系。最后针对该评价体系提出了两点改进意见。

Clinical internship evaluation is an important part of medical education evaluation.This paper first identifies the construction of quality evaluation system,which includes the ideological and political quality,professional knowledge,comprehensive ability,physical quality,etc.Then this paper identifies the evaluation criteria of the internship quality,and thereafter a weight set has been conducted and an effective evaluation system of internship has been built up.
