摘要
对学生金工实习中使用钻夹头（1~13mm）难以紧松的原因进行分析.钥匙手柄短及钻夹头外套上的锥齿轮和钥匙的小锥齿轮磨损,是问题的主要成因.采取针对性措施后解决了问题.
This thesis aims at analyzing the causes of failure in fastening and loosening the drill chuck（1-13mm） which was used by an intern named Jin Wang,and draws the conclusion that it is the short key as well as abrasion between the outer bevel gear of the drill chuck and the pinion of the key that contributes to this failure.At the end of this paper,it was pointed out that a series of targeting measures have been adopted and this problem successfully resolved.
