摘要 基于常问问题集的问答系统主要是根据用户的问题从FAQ库中获取答案,这个FAQ库是在WEB中自动化收集的.系统离线的在WEB服务器日志和WEB页面内容中挖掘大量的FAQ页面来建立数据库,从而从数据库中获取合适的Q/A对来响应用户的问题.为了构建FAQs支持系统,必须解决下面的相关问题:如何从WEB日志中取出FAQ网页;如何从收集到的这些网页中获取Q/A对;怎么通过获取的Q/A对来回答用户的提问.提出了一个新的结合形式概念分析的概念化聚类用户日志方法,从而建立关于FAQ的形式背景.该方法以实验的形式实现.它的性能评估主要是基于两个方面:聚类和回答. Question-answering system based on the frequently asked questions(FAQ) is a process to retrieve answers to user's questions from a database of FAQ automatically collected on the Web.The system offline mine large number of FAQ pages available on the web server logs and web contents to create the database,and then appropriate Q/A pairs are retrieved from the database as responses to user's questions.To implement our FAQ suppose system,we should attack the related problems: how to fetch FAQ pages from the web logs;How to extract question/answer(Q/A) pairs from the collected pages;and how to answer user's questions by retrieving appropriate Q/A pairs.We propose a new approach that using conceptual clustering of web logs which is based on formal concept analysis(FCA),and create formal context about the FAQ.The approach is implemented as an experimental system,and its performance is evaluated based on two tasks: clustering and answering.
