当前贵州农村基层民主政治建设存在的问题与对策思考

Problems and Countermeasures against the Problems in Rural Grassroots Democracy in Guizhou

改革开放以来,特别是近年来,贵州农村基层民主政治建设取得了显著的成绩,但是也存在许多亟待解决的问题。作者认为,必须大力发展农村经济,加强民主法制建设,提高干部和农民的民主素质,充分发挥基层党组织的领导核心作用,才能为全面推进农村基层民主政治建设创造有利条件。

In recent yeats, the rural grassroots democracy of Guizhou province has gained remarkable achievements since the reform and opening-up policy. However, there are many problems to be solved. In my opinion, we should vigorously develop the rural economy, strengthen democracy and legal construction, improve the democratic quality of cadres and peasants, and give a full play to the leading core role of grassroots party organizations in order to comprehensively promote the rural grassroots to create favorable conditions for democracy.
