摘要
师范生的教师职业技能训练是教育实习体系中不可缺失的关键构件,是培养教师专业化的重要环节,是人才培养的一个系统工程。本文阐述了我校所构建的比较成熟的支撑师范生教育实习体系的师范生教师职业训练体系以及在此方面所进行的实践探索。
The training for teaching skills of normal school students, an indispensable component of educational practice system, is a pivotal link in cultivating qualified tcachers as well as a systematic project in talent training. This paper expounds the system of teaching vocational training underlying the relatively mature systems of educational practice in our school and its corresponding ease studies.
