摘要 教师专业发展学校是美国教师教育方面的革新举措。它以中小学校为实践基地,通过与大学和中小学的合作,共同促进教师专业发展。该模式对推动中国教师教育改革,促进教师的专业发展亦有着深远意义。 Professional Development Schools (PDS) in the U.S. is an innovation in teachers' education. It takes the primary and middle schools as the bases for practice; and through the corporation of the colleges and the primary and middle schools, the teachers' professional development has been promoted. And his mode will 'also advance the innovation of teachers' education in China.
