高职酒店管理专业体验式教学模式探讨

On the Experience-oriented Teaching Pattern for the Major of Hotel Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

体验式教学是在教学过程中创造实际的情境和机会呈现教学内容,使学生在亲历的过程中学习知识,是一种全新高效的教学模式。高职酒店管理专业体验式教学可分为四个阶段进行,即认知学习—认知体验阶段、课程学习—模拟体验阶段、社会实践——岗位体验阶段、毕业实习——综合体验阶段。

Experience-oriented teaching, a new and effective teaching pattern, can present teaching content in the actual milieu and opportunity created in the process of teaching, making students acquire knowledge in the course of experiencing. It can fall into four phases, viz., cognitive learning -- cognitive experience phase, course study - simulation experi- ence phase, social practice--job experience phase, and graduation internship --integrated experience phase.
