摘要
对化学课程教学中教师的自我评价和反思,从三个方面进行进行了论述,总结了它们对教师参与新课程改革和教师成长的过程中的地位和作用;推荐了一种化学教师自我反思的形式和评价表。
This paper explicates the self-evaluation and introspection of teachers participating in the process of chemistry teaching from three dimensions, then stuns up the roles played by them in the teachers' participation in the reform of new curriculum and their growth, and then recommends a mode and an evaluation form for introspection of chemistry teachers.
