摘要
生物化学抽象难懂,是医学基础课中较难掌握的一门课。现在多媒体教学已经普及,在此基础上,我们根据各篇内容特点尝试应用针对性强、行之有效的教学方法,提高了教学效果。我们重视绪论教学,在此部分提出生物化学的框架理念,教会学生如何学习生物化学;应用联系比较法讲解大分子的结构与功能这一部分内容;应用绘图总结法讲解代谢篇内容;应用回顾总结法讲解肝的生物化学;应用动画教学法讲解基因信息的传递与表达这一部分内容。实践证明,这些方法提高了学生学习的积极性,取得了预期的教学效果。
Biochemistry is difficult to comprehend and it is one of the medical science basis courses that is difficult to grasp.Now we apply multi-media commonly in teaching,at the same time,we try some special teaching methods based on every chapter characteristic and all effort have raised the teaching effect.We take seriously on the introduction teaching and suggest frame theory of biochemistry in this part,church the students how to learn the biochemistry.We use contact comparison method to teach in the part of big molecule structure and function,use sum up by drawing to teach the part of metabolize,use recollection and summary in the part of liver's biochemistry,use animated cartoon teaching method to teach the part of gene information delivery and express.All the teaching methods have improved the students' study enthusiasm,and we have got expected teaching effect.
