我院2008年8月～2009年1月门、急诊退药情况分析

Analysis on drug withdrawal for out-patients and emergency in the hospital during August 2008 to January 2009

目的:通过分析我院2008年8月～2009年1月门、急诊退药情况,减少不合理退药的发生。方法:对门、急诊退药原因分布情况,退药科室分布情况,退药药物分布情况进行统计分析。结果:门、急诊退药的原因前3位分别为患者病情变化、药物不良反应、患者不配合治疗,退药科室前3位分别为儿科、急诊科、神经内科,退药药物主要为注射用抗生素和中药注射剂。结论:不合理用药和医患沟通不足是不合理退药的主要原因,应该加强以患者为中心的服务意识,促进合理用药,减少退药现象的发生。

Objective：To analysis of our hospital drug withdrawal for out-patients and emergency to reduce the occur-rence of irrational drug withdrawal.Methods：Statistical analysis the distribution of the reasons for drug withdrawal,the distribution of departments for drug withdrawal and the distribution of drug withdrawal on drugs.Results：Patients＇ condition changes,adverse drug reactions and treatment of patients with mismatch were the top three reasons;pediatrics,emer-gency department,neurology were the top three departments for the number of drug withdrawal;withdrawal of drugs primar-ily for drug injection with antibiotics and Traditional Chinese Medicine injections.Conclusion：Irrational drug use and lack of communication between doctors and patients are the main reason for unreasonable drug withdraw,we should strengthen the patient-centered services in promoting the rational use of medicines to reduce the occurrence of the phe-nomenon of drug withdrawal.
