Chinese Collecting Security: Concepts and Issues

从收藏安全的客观性来看,中国收藏安全是指中国收藏品的安全性;从收藏安全的主观性来看,中国收藏安全是指中国收藏者的安全感;从收藏安全的主体间性来看,中国收藏安全是指中国收藏的安全化。由于国家收藏安全不仅是收藏者个人的秘玩私事,而且是关系到国家文化安全和国家政治安全的国之大事,因此,各级政府和有关部门必须从对国家和历史负责的高度,从维护国家文化安全和国家政治安全的高度,充分认识维护国家收藏安全的重要性和紧迫性。

In term of the objectivity of collecting security,Chinese collecting security is the security of Chinese collectibles;in term of the subjectivity of it,Chinese collecting security is the Chinese collectors’ sense of security;in term of the intersubjectivity of it,Chinese collecting security is the securization of Chinese collecting.The governments at all levels and the relevant departments must fully realize the importance and urgency to maintain the national collecting security as one that concerns our duty to the country and the history,and concerns the national cultural security and national political security,for the national collecting security is not only the private affairs of collectors,but also the affairs of state concerns national cultural security and national political security.
