摘要
创意产业是智慧产业,创意产业的发展需要一定的资源要素,而人的智慧是创意产业的主要资源,因此创意产业发展的核心竞争力是创意人才。创意产业人才培养目标是创造者、策划者、设计者、营销者。本文借鉴"创意城市"经济学分析理论,从创意产业发展与资源要素出发,结合创意产业人才相关理论,提出适合广东的创意人才培养与开发模式。
Creative industry is wisdom industry,the development of Creative industry needs certain amount of resource elements.People’s wisdom is the principal resource for creative industry.Therefore the core competence of creative industry development is creative talent.Creative industry personnel training goal is to creators,planners,designers and marketers.This article refer to economic analysis theory of the "creative city",from the starting of creative industry development and resource elements,Combination of creative talent to the relevant theory,Proposed for Guangdong's creative talent cultivation and development mode.
