摘要
针对某款微型轿车,通过MADYMO软件建立并验证了该车的乘员侧正面碰撞约束系统仿真模型,并将试验设计、Kriging近似模型和可靠性理论相结合,构造了乘员约束系统可靠性优化设计方法。与传统的确定性优化结果相比较,可靠性优化结果不仅较好地满足了乘员约束系统的设计目标,而且大幅度地提高了系统设计约束的可靠性。
Aiming at a minibus,an occupant restraint system of a minibus was modeled and validated using MADYMO software.The text combined with experimental design,Kriging model,reliability theory,a reliability based design optimization method of occupant restraint system was constructed.Comparing with the traditional deterministic optimization results,reliability optimization results meet the established design objectives better,and increase the reliabilities of the design restraints significantly.
