摘要
文章综述国内外有关凡纳滨对虾（Litopenaeus vannamei）对蛋白质和必需氨基酸需要的研究进展，并详细分析影响其定量研究结果的主要因素，以期为凡纳滨对虾的生产应用和相关研究提供科学依据。
The paper reviews protein and essential amino acids （EAA） requirements of L.vannamei based on available information in the literature. The main influencing factors affected the quantitation research of protein and EAA are discussed. It is intended to serve as a guide for further researchers and practical farming on L.vannamei.
