摘要
真正的酵母培养物是一种复杂的发酵产品。其在陆生动物中已得到广泛应用。几十年的研究结果表明,酵母培养物可平衡动物消化道微生态环境,提高饲料消化率,进而改善生产性能,提高动物抗应激能力。增强动物免疫力和抗病力。酵母培养物在水产动物上是否具有和陆生动物相同的应用效果呢?本文着重介绍酵母培养物的成分,生产工艺及其在水产动物上的应用效果,并指出未来的研究方向是深入研究酵母培养物的作用机制;扩大水产动物的研究范围。
Yeast culture is complex fermentation product. It is produced in a natural way, and has widely been used in animal feeds. Benefits of yeast culture in aquatic animals include balancing populations or activities of the bacteria that colonize the intestinal of animals, improving growth performance and digestion, increasing the capacity of anti-stress and enhance immune functions. This review provides an overview of nutritional composition, the production process and the applications in aquaculture of yeast culture. Future studies should consider these effects and the mechanism of yeast culture in more variety of aquatic animals. We also need to accelerate the conversion of laboratory research results to production applications.
