益生菌B.coagulans对罗非鱼生长性能和肌肉营养成分的影响研究 被引量:22

摘要 以罗非鱼为试验动物,研究不同浓度的益生菌B.coagulans对其生长性能和肌肉营养成分的影响。试验分为4组,添加益生菌浓度分别为0(对照组)、1.0×10^6cfu/g(试验组-1)、5.0×10^6 cfu/g(试验组-2)和1.0×10^7cfu/g(试验组-3),每个处理3个重复。结果显示,与对照组和试验组-1比较,试验组-2和试验组-3显著(P〈0.05)提高了罗非鱼的末重、日增重以及肌肉中钙、磷的含量,但是,试验组-2和试验组-3之间差异不显著。与对照组和试验组-1比较,试验组一2同样显著降低了(P〈0.05)罗非鱼肌肉中粗脂肪的含量,但是与试验组一3比较没有显著差异。此外,益生菌B.coagulans对罗非鱼成活率以及肌肉中粗蛋白、粗灰分和水分含量没有显著影响。研究表明,饵料中添加一定浓度的益生菌B.coagulans,通过与动物肠道等的互作,可以显著改善罗非鱼的生长性能和肌肉中粗脂肪、钙、磷的含量。 The present research evaluated the effects of probiotic, B. coagulans, with different concentration on the growth performance and muscle nutritional composition of tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus. Four treatment groups with three replicates were fed with diets containing different concentration probiotic bacteria with a final concentration 0.0 (Control), 1.0×10^6 cfu/g (Treatment-1), 5.0×10^6 cfu/g (Treatment-2)and 1.0×10^7 cfu/g (Treatment-3), respectively. The results showed that the final weight, daily weight gain and muscle contents of Ca and P were increased significantly (P〈0.05) in Treatment-2 and Treatment-3 compared with those of the Control and Treatment-1. However, there was no significant different in above indexes between Treatment-2 and Treatment-3. The concentration of crude fat in tilapia muscle was decreased significantly (P〈0.05) in Treatment-2 compared with that of the Control and Treatment-1. However, no significant different was found in concentration of crude fat between Treatment-2 and Treatment-3. In addition, no statistical differences were observed in survival rate, muscle contents of crude protein, crude ash and moisture across all the groups. It indicated that this probiotic supplemented with a certain concentration significantly improved the growth performance and contents of crude fat, Ca and P in tilapia muscle. In might be associated with the mutual action between the probiotic and animal intestinal tract.
