湖北省新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症TSH筛查切值的研究

A Research on cut-off value of thyroid stimulation hormone(TSH) for screening of congenital hypothyroidism(CH) newborn in Hubei province

目的建立新生儿干血片法TSH测定在新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症(CH)筛查的切值(cut-off)。方法本中心及27个县(市)新生儿出生72h后采足后跟血,滴在S&S903滤纸上,采用时间分辨荧光免疫测量法测定TSH浓度。结果通过两年内筛查的115 002例新生儿TSH测定结果确定本实验室新生儿甲低的筛查切值为8.0mU/L。结论 TSH切值的确定为湖北省今后开展大规模的新生儿CH筛查提供依据。

Objective： To determine cut - off value of thyroid stimulation hormone （TSH） for screening of congenital hypothyroidism （CH） of newborn in Hubei province. Methods： Heel blood samples were taken from the newborns born after 72 hours, and were dropped on the stipulated filter paper to determine concentration of TSH by using dissociation enhanced lanthanide fluoroimmunoassay （DELFIA）. Results： The cut - off value of TSH for screening of congenital hypothyroidism of newborn in Huboi province was 8.0μU / ml, according to the results of the analysis of newborns＇heel blood 115 002 samples in two years. Conclusion： The determination of TSH cut - off value of newborn provides a basis for screening of congenital hypothyroidism among the newborns in Hubei province.
