摘要
目的初步探索现阶段我国分级护理标准要素指标构成的关键内容,为临床护理级别的评定提供理论依据。方法采用文献法、半结构访谈法、改良的Delphi专家函询法,对北京市临床护理、临床医疗、护理管理、护理教育及卫生行政管理部门专家共35人进行了函询。结果经两轮函询后,形成专家一致性意见,最终得出一个包含有4个一级指标和23个二级指标的分级护理标准要素指标体系。结论初步得出了我国分级护理标准要素指标体系应涵盖的关键内容,为今后进一步探讨分级护理的相关研究奠定了基础。
Objective To explore the key contents of essential indicators of grading nursing and to provide reference for the identification of nursing grades. Methods Literature review, semi - structured interviews and modified Delphi procedure were used in this study. Thirty - five experts from clinical nursing, clinical medicine, nursing management, nursing education and health administration departments were recruited in the study. Results After two rounds of the Delphi procedure, the opinions of the experts appeared consistent. An essential indicators system which including 4 indicators and 23 sub - indicators was developed ultimately. Conclusions The key contents of the essential indicators for grading nursing is defined. The outcome of this pilot study provides a basis for further researches on grading nursing.
