摘要
目的了解不同级别医疗机构的社区卫生服务护理人员的组织承诺水平。方法用组织承诺量表对牡丹江市158名社区卫生服务护理人员进行问卷调查与分析。结果不同等级医疗机构的社区卫生服务护理人员组织承诺得分差异具有统计学意义(F=4.164,P<0.01),三级医院护理人员的理想承诺和机会承诺高于一、二级医院(P<0.05);三级医院中,省级医院社区护理人员的组织承诺水平高于市级医院(t=4.164,P<0.01)。结论组织承诺水平受医院的级别和规模的影响,三级医疗机构的社区卫生服务护理人员组织承诺水平较高。
Objective To understand the organizational commitment of community nurses from different levels of medical institution. Methods A total of 158 community nurses in Mudanjiang city were investigated by Organizational Commitment Scale. Results There were significant differences of the organizational commitment among community nurses from different levels of medical institution health care organization ( F = 4.164, P 〈 0.01 ). The organizational commitment of nurses in 3 - Grade provincial hospitals was higher than that of those in 3 - Grade hospitals of city level( t = 4. 164,P 〈 0.01 ), Conclusion The level of nurses'organizational commitment is affected by the hospital level and size. The community nurses in 3 - Grade medical institutions have a higher level of organizational commitment.
