残根残冠保存方法探讨

Exploration of Restoration Method for Residual Root

目的对牙冠缺损至龈下的患牙分别进行牙冠延长术和牙龈切除术,比较两种手术术后临床修复治疗的效果。方法选择37颗牙冠缺损至龈下的牙齿分为两组,A组24颗行牙冠延长术,6周后行修复治疗;B组13颗行牙龈切除术,2周后行修复治疗。两组患牙均于修复后6个月、18个月各复查一次进行随访,检查修复体固位情况及牙周情况。结果A组成功率75.0%~83.3%;B组成功率23.1%。结论保存缺损至龈下的残根残冠时,牙冠延长术显著优于牙龈切除术。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of gingivectomy and the crown lengthening surgery and the restoration on the crown with subgingivally involved defect.Methods To select 24 teeth with subgingivally involved defect and teeth were treated by the crown lengthening surgery.And to select 13 teeth treated by gingivectomy.Results 18 months later,in crown lengthening surgery group 75.0% restorations and periodontal condition are good.And in gingivectomy 23.1% are succeed.Conclusion To use of the residual root,the crown lengthening surgery is better than gingivectomy.
