摘要
目的探讨躯体形式障碍患者的人格特征,为临床心理干预提供参考依据。方法采用明尼苏达多相个性测查表(MMPI)对60例躯体形式障碍患者和60名正常对照者进行测评。结果躯体形式障碍患者的Hs(疑病)、D(抑郁)、Hy(癔病)、pd(病态人格)和Pt(精神衰弱)量表分均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),其中以Hs、Pd和Pt量表分升高最明显(T>70)。结论躯体形式障碍患者具有被动依赖、孤僻、过度焦虑、自我为中心、悲观保守等人格特征。
Objective To study the personality characteristics in patients with somatoform disorder,in order to provide references for clinical psychological intervention.Methods Totally 60 patients with somatoform disorder and 60 normal controls were tested with Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory（MMPI）.Results The scale scores of Hs（hypochondriasis）,D（depression）,Hy（hysteria）,Pd（phychopathic deviate） and Pt（psychasthenia） were significantly higher in patients with somatoform disorder than those in normal controls（P0.05）,especially the scale scores of Hs,D,Pt were the most significantly among those（T70）.Conclusion Patients with somatoform disorder have the personality characteristics of passive dependence,outism,over anxiety,irritability,self-centered and conservative pessimism.
