摘要 以南票祥泰膨润土厂钙基膨润土为原料,碳酸钠为改性剂,采用干态钠化改性研究,探讨了碳酸钠的用量、原料水份、陈化时间、陈化温度等因素对钠化效果的影响,确定了该矿区膨润土干式钠化改性的生产工艺条件。钠化改性后膨润土物化性能有较大提高,能够满足冶金球团用膨润土作粘结剂的要求。 Using the Ca-bentonite from the Nanpiao Xiangtai Bentonite Factory as the raw material and the sodium carbonate as the modifi er,the dry modifi cation method was adopaed to investigate the influence of the dosage of sodium carbonate,the moisture of the raw material,the ageing time and the ageing temperature on the Na-modifi cation,and the modifi cation technological conditions were determined.After the Na-modifi cation,the physiochemical performances of the bentonite were improved greatly and could meet the requirements of the pelltizing bentonite as adhesive used in the metallurgical industry.
