The demands for copying medical records showed an increasing tendency year by year. Thus,the purpose of copying medical record is more extensive,involving in health insurance,claims,additional medical treatment,disability identification,jurisdiction and ill-health retirement etc. Medical records management staffs should continually enhance service awareness with people-oriented service,which can contribute to servicing for patients in every direction with creation a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and good service atmosphere.
