Analysis on Disease Composition of Discharged patients from 2008 to 2009 in Our Hospital

目的了解住院病人疾病构成及变化情况,为临床治疗及医疗资源合理配置提供参考依据。方法对某院2008-2009年出院病人疾病分类数据资料进行整理、统计、分析。结果肿瘤、呼吸系统、循环系统和消化系统疾病为该院住院患者的主要病种。结论医院应密切关注疾病构成的变化,加强对常见病、多发病的防治工作,合理分配医疗资源,为患者提供更高质量的医疗服务。

Objective To understand the disease composition and changes status to provide reference for clinical treatment and the rational allocation of medical resources. Methods Collection,statistics and analysis were done to disease classification data of discharged patients in a hospital from 2008 to 2009. Results The major diseases of inpatients in this hospital were tumor,respiratory,circulatory and digestive diseases. Conclusion Hospitals should pay close attention to the changes of disease composition to enhance the prevention and control of the common and frequently-occurring disease and rationally allocate medical resources with view to providing higher quality medical services for patients.
