摘要
目的探讨医院电子病案规范化管理的对策。方法分析电子病案中存在的问题,以提出有效的解决对策。结果电子病案质量在完整性和规范性等方面存在缺陷。结论加强质量教育和管理力度以提高电子病案质量。
Objective To explore the countermeasures on standardized management of electronic medical records in hospital; Methods The problems existed in electronic medical records were analyzed in order to raise effective countermeasures; Results The deficiency of quality of electronic medical records appeared in the integrity and standardization and other aspects; Conclusion Quality education and management efforts were strengthen for improvement of the quality of electronic medical records.
