超薄花盆件注射成型工艺研究

摘要 运用Moldflow软件对超薄花盆件注射成型短射缺陷进行了模拟分析。从浇注系统设计、塑料材料选择、增加制件厚度3个角度提出了解决问题的办法,并进行了可行性模拟。根据模拟结果,探讨了各因素对短射的影响程度和改进方案的可行性,并比较得出了最优工艺方案。模拟结果与实际生产均表明,采用改进的爪形浇口方案不仅可以解决超薄花盆件的短射缺陷,而且提高了产品品质、缩短了产品生产周期、节约了生产成本。 Using Moldflow software, the injection molding of ultra-thin flower pots was simulated and analyzed. In order to overcome the defect of short shot, three approaches were compared by simulation. It was found that the use of claw-shaped gate could eliminate the short shot defect and thus improved the product quality.
