摘要
通过对正-斜双联齿轮进行工艺及结构特点的分析,介绍了正-斜双联齿轮注塑模的主要结构和工作过程,阐述了正-斜双联齿的斜齿的脱模原理和方法。采用了齿形型腔旋转脱模机构实现斜齿脱模,通过斜导柱-哈夫侧向分型机构实现侧抽芯,应用四板模结构实现注塑模的三次定距分型。
Based on an analysis of the structure and process characteristics of spur-helical gears, the structure and working process of the injection mold with helical-gear demolding were introduced. In the present mold design, the helical-gear demolding was realized through a gear-cavity rotary mechanism, and slide-pull was achieved by bevel guiding-post and half mold, and four-plate mold structure was used to finish three separating according to distance.
