链霉素穴位封闭治疗三叉神经痛疗效观察

The therapeutic effect of streptomycin on trigeminal neuralgia by acupoint block

目的:观察链霉素穴位封闭治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法:226例患者均选自我院口腔科1993年1月至2009年10月就诊病人,随机将病例分为穴位封闭组112例,对照组114例。对照组给予药物治疗,卡马西平0.23次/日。穴位封闭组在药物治疗基础上加用2%利多卡因、链霉素0.75沿神经干穴位封闭,第1支痛时,常用的穴位为:下头、太阳、头维、丝竹穴;第2支痛常用的穴位为:下关、四白、迎香、颊车、听会;第3支痛时,常用的穴位为:下头、颊车、大迎、地仓,并联合扳机点,阿是穴封闭;隔日1次,10天为一疗程。结果:2组总有效率分别为95.54%和77.19%。差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:链霉素穴位封闭治疗三叉神经痛有较好的疗效,优于单纯口服药物治疗。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of streptomycin on trigeminal neuralgia by acupoint block. Methods：226 cases were cho- sen in the patients who came to the department of stomatology in the author＇s hospital from January, 1993 to October, 2009.They were divid- ed into acupoint block group（n=112） and control group（n=ll4） by random. The patients in control group were given with carbamazepine 0.2 g Tid by drug therapy, those in acupoint block group with 2% lidocaine and streptomycin 0.75g injected into the channels of the nerves based on the drug therapy. The common channels are Xiatou, Taiyang, Touwei, Sizhu for the therapy of the pain of the first branch and Xiaguang, Sibai, Yingfan, Jiache, Tinghui for the second branch. The combination of Xiatou, Jiache, Daying, Dicang with ouch point was performed every other day for the pain of the third branch. 1 course of treatment consisted of 10 days. Results： The total effective rate was 95.54% in acupoint block group and 77.19% in control group .There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Streptomycin by acupoint block in treating trigeminal neuralgia has relatively good therapeutic effect.
