非酒精性脂肪肝中脂肪酸合成通路研究及治疗进展 被引量:1

摘要 研究表明脂肪酸的吸收和合成引起肝脂质的积累,最终引起非酒精性脂肪肝疾病的产生。由于非酒精性脂肪肝疾病发病机制复杂,目前,没有开发出十分有效的药物,其治疗只能在一定程度上改善。随着系统生物学理论的发展,中药复方物质基础的研究有望对该疾病的治疗提供新的思路。
