皮质颗粒在评估卵母细胞胞质成熟中的相关应用

摘要 卵母细胞的成熟包括细胞核和胞质的成熟。目前无公认标准对卵母细胞胞质成熟度进行评估。皮质颗粒的增殖和特征性分布是常用于评估卵母细胞胞质成熟的重要指标。本文主要对皮质颗粒评估卵母细胞胞质成熟度的可行性和相关应用作一综述。 The mature oocyte, including the nucleus and cytoplasm tomature. There are no generally accepted standards for oocyte cytoplasmic maturity assessment. However, the proliferation of cortical granules and the characteristic distribution is commonly used in the assessment of oocyte cytoplasm important indicator of maturity. This paper will evaluate using cortical granule in oocyte cytoplasm about the maturity of the feasibility and related applications.
