摘要
2年生雷公藤无性系苗木的根韧皮部、根木质部的内酯醇含量质量分数分别为0.0024%、0.0031%,根木质部的内酯醇含量是根韧皮部的1.29倍;23个无性系苗木的根韧皮部、根木质部的内酯醇含量差异达显著水平;通过联合选择,选出2个高内酯醇含量无性系、1个兼有速生及高内酯醇含量双优性状的优良无性系。
The contents of triptolide in the root xylem and phloem of Tripterygium wilfordii clone plantlets were 0.002 4 and 0.003 1 percent. The variance of triptolide contents in the two parts between 23 clones was visible. Finally 2 elite clones with high triptolide content were selected by index screening, of which one with double advantages, i. e. rapid growth and high triptolide content.
