阜新市乡镇领导干部绩效考核主体与原则

摘要 根据对阜新市65个乡镇的调查和统计,从乡镇领导干部绩效考核的实践出发,就乡镇领导干部考核问题进行了深入探讨。在对乡镇领导干部界定的基础上,分析了阜新市乡镇领导干部考核是树立党和政府形象的需要,是贯彻落实党和政府的农村政策的需要,是更新和激励乡镇领导班子的需要;提出了考核的主题为乡镇领导干部绩效考核领导机构与组织,"360度"的绩效考核主体;在此基础上了坚持区别对待、针对性、灵活性的考核原则。 According to the investigation and statistics of 65 villages and towns in Fuxin city, from the practice of performance examination of the town leaders, the Township leaders discuss issues in depth. On the basis of the definition of town leaders, analyzing the performance examination of the town is the needs of establishing the images of the party and government the needs of implanting rural policy of the party and government and the needs of updating and motivating rural leaders. The author also proposed theme of the examination, which is township and performance examination of leading institutions and organizations, "360 degree" the main of performance evaluation, and furthermore, persisting the principle of dealing with different people in different ways, pertinence and flexibility.
