提高阜新市政法干部执法素质的途径

Ways for improving law enforcement quality of political and law cadres during developing Fuxin rapidly

针对阜新政法干部执法存在政法机关经费不足、政法干警严重不足,断层现象突出、政法干警业务素质不强,有的执法不规范、高素质的兼职专家匮乏、一些政法干警不廉政等主要问题。提出了提高阜新政法干部执法素质的途径:加大对政法机关经费的投入、引进高素质的政法干警、强化业务学习和培训、聘请高素质的兼职专家、加强政法干警廉政建设。研究成果对提高政治干部执法素质有指导作用。

Inview of the main problems of law enforcement of the political and law cadres in Fuxin： funds for political and legal organs funds are insufficient; the law police officers are understaffed, fault phenomenon is serious, political and law police officer quality is not good, some of them can＇t carry out law standardizing, high--quality and concurrent post experts are deficient and a few political and law police officers are ineorrupt. The author suggests the way to improve political and law cadres is to increase the funds for political and legal organs, introduce the high- quality political and law police officers, strengthen training, engages high--quality concurrent experts and reinforce the honest construction of political and law police officers.
