构建高校法学专业师生服务农村法律建设体系的思考

Legal services of teachers and students majored in law in building socialist new rural places

针对农村、农民、法律意识不强,变更法教育缺失现状,分析研究了高校法律专业师生为新农村建设提供法律服务问题。高校法学专业师生应当采取多种方式在农村普及法律知识,同时充实农村现有的法律机构和组织,在服务农村的同时促进法学专业教育水平的提高。

At present, the demand for rural legal services is increasing. However, rural legal services resources are comparatively deficient. We should consider establishing discriminatory legal service system, and incorporate teachers and students majored in law in this system;they should assume various ways to popularize law in rural places;they also should strenthen current rural legal organizations to improve law major level while servicing rural places.
